How to Play Joker Wild
Joker Wild is a
version of video poker, which is played with a standard 52-card deck with one joker that can replace any card. The cards are shuffled after each deal. The coin value ranges from ten cents to five dollars. The game has five levels (a bet analogue in coins), so the maximum bet on one hand may reach twenty-five dollars.
Another feature of Joker Wild is an opportunity to wager on several hands (1, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100). In this case, the player can firstly see five cards per hand. He or she selects cards to hold them and these cards are left in all hands. Then the other cards are exchanged and payouts are made individually for each hand. The bets on the different hands are always the same.
The aim of the game is to get paid combinations. Players can exchange for free any number of cards. The standard poker hands are valid in Joker Wild. The lowest hand is a pair of kings.
There is only a natural royal flush (without a joker). There are also the following hands: straight royal flush (a royal flush with a wild card) and five of a kind (four identical cards with a joker).
The multipliers for combinations are indicated in the special table. Pay attention to the fact that a royal flush is paid disproportionately higher at the fifth level of bets. So it makes sense to always wager five coins, even if it is necessary to reduce their value.
The received payouts can be increased in the game on equal chances. It is necessary to predict the color or suit (you can choose) of a hole card. The guessed color doubles your payout, and the predicted suit increases it by four times. Any mistake leads to the loss of your bet.
The theoretical payout percentage of Joker Wild is 97.95%.
