GameplayIt should be easier to understand the rules of «3 Card Rummy» describing the gameplay step by step.
First the player places ante bet. Side bet is optional. Then he receives three open cards. The dealer deals three cards to himself, but the customer can’t see any of them.
The player weights his combination and chooses one of the options:
- Fold and lose ante;
- Call and raise in amount of one ante.
This way, he keeps playing unless he folds. The dealer reveals his cards and calculates the score. If he has over twenty, it means he is not qualified. In this case the customer is charged with a payoff in amount of one ante and one bet.
If the croupier has twenty points or less, he compares his score with the gambler’s. The one who has lower score wins.
If the player loses, he loses both bets. If he wins, ante is paid 1:1, while raise is calculated according to the score:
- 0 points – 4:1.
- 1-5 points – 2:1.
- Over 6 points – 1:1.
