It is a semi-official term that is widely used in gambling clubs. 

Description

Gone Chip – casino token, which was taken out of the institution.

As a rule, casinos do not approve of this practice but do not always have the opportunity to effectively stop it.

In progressive gambling establishments, chips are embedded in tokens. If the client tries to take out a chip, an input signal is triggered.  

In Singapore, trying to take casino tokens with you can be considered a crime, which entails a fairly severe punishment.
